Hot Stone Massage combines the soothing benefits of heated basalt stones with therapeutic massage techniques to promote deep relaxation and relieve muscle tension. The warmth of the stones helps muscles relax more quickly, allowing for effective treatment with light to medium pressure while creating a calming, restorative experience. This session may help: - Relieve muscle tension and stiffness - Promote deep relaxation and reduce stress - Improve circulation - Ease aches and discomfort - Encourage flexibility and mobility - Support overall wellness and recovery Warm stones are incorporated throughout the session and may be used as an extension of the therapist's hands or placed on specific areas of the body to encourage relaxation and ease muscular tension. Cancellation Policy
To respect everyone’s time, we ask that any cancellations or changes be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next appointment, and the full session fee will remain in effect. In the event that you miss your appointment without contacting us to reschedule, at the owner's discretion you may not be invited to rebook, or you may be required to pre-pay should you choose to schedule another session. Pre-paid appointments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please reschedule or gift your appointment to someone else. If you do not provide the required notice, you will lose your pre-paid session.
